Delivery of products purchased on dietalinea.it typically occurs within 3/5 business days from the order date.

Shipping costs €6.50 and is free for orders over €35.

We recommend providing an address where someone is always available to receive the delivery (e.g., your building's concierge, your office, or a neighbor you know is often at home). Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or Post Offices.

Delivery times may be delayed during special promotional events and holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01, or weekends.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, we recommend carefully checking:
- that the number of packages delivered matches what is indicated in the transport document we send you by email.
- that the labels on the packages bear your name and address;
- that the outer condition of the packages shows no alterations or signs of tampering: the packaging must be intact, undamaged, and not wet
- that the package's sealing materials (adhesive tape or plastic strapping) have not been tampered with or altered in any way.

If you find any anomaly during these checks, we recommend clearly noting it on the courier's delivery receipt by adding a SPECIFIC WRITTEN RESERVATION.
