RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

If you wish to replace one or more damaged, defective or incorrect products, you can send an explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw to our customer service, at the email address dietalinea@giglio.org, describing the problem encountered and sending a photo of the product.
We remind you that only products that are received damaged, defective or incorrect can be replaced.

RETURN REQUEST METHODS

If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:

1. Send a request to our customer service indicating the order number, the product you wish to return and the reason. Customer service will send you all the instructions to proceed with the return shipment.

2. Insert the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, that is, in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.

Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the goods, refunding you only the residual value of the Product.

3. Keep the receipt of shipment. When the return arrives at our warehouse, we will refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal).

In the case of Return for Withdrawal, the shipping costs for returning the products are at the customer's expense. The return will be under the customer's responsibility until the box is delivered to our warehouse.

In the case of a Return for an incorrect, damaged or defective product, shipping costs are at our expense. In addition to the value of the products purchased, the amount relating to the logistics costs incurred for the delivery of the order will also be refunded, in the event that the returned product is the only one in the order. Furthermore, transport costs for the return will not be charged.

REIMBURSEMENT

The return will be processed within 10 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. All payments made for the returned items will be refunded, including delivery costs in the event of an incorrect, damaged or defective product (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the request for withdrawal was received by our Customer Care. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer requests otherwise; in this case, any additional costs resulting from the different payment method chosen will be borne by the customer. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the customer demonstrates that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
